KLATEN – Kantor Desa Prawatan, Kecamatan Jogonalan, Kabupaten Klaten, menjadi lokasi dua kegiatan pertanahan penting yang diselenggarakan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Klaten (BPN) pada Selasa, 30 September 2025. Dua agenda berbeda ini menunjukkan upaya BPN dalam menjamin kepastian hukum atas tanah, baik untuk proyek strategis nasional maupun hak individu warga.
Agenda yang dilaksanakan secara serentak, dimulai pukul 10.00 WIB, adalah:
1. Penyerahan Sertipikat Hasil Splitzing (Pemecahan Bidang) Tanah Tol: Acara ini merupakan penyerahan sertipikat sisa bidang tanah yang tidak terdampak proyek Jalan Tol Solo–Yogyakarta.
2. Sidang Pemeriksaan Tanah (Letter C): Sidang untuk menindaklanjuti permohonan penegasan pengakuan hak atas tanah dengan identitas Letter C Desa Nomor 21, tercatat atas nama Driyo Kerto Driyo.
Pihak yang Terlibat dan Penerima
• Penerima Sertipikat Tol: Sebanyak sembilan bidang tanah di Desa Prawatan diserahkan, termasuk kepada perorangan seperti Tatik Handayani, Susanto, SH, Gusmiyati, BSC, dan dua bidang yang menjadi hak Pemerintah Desa Prawatan.
• Pemohon Sidang Hak Tanah: Permohonan sidang pemeriksaan diajukan oleh Sugeng dkk (7 orang). Tim pemeriksa tanah yang hadir dalam sidang terdiri dari Ketua Tim, Iwan Sunindiyo, S.SiT., M.H., dan anggota tim lainnya.
Kedua kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari
Selasa, 30 September 2025, pukul 10.00 WIB hingga selesai, bertempat di Kantor Desa Prawatan, Kecamatan Jogonalan, Kabupaten Klaten.
Tujuan Menjamin Kepastian Hukum
• Sertipikat Tol: Penyerahan dilakukan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan memberikan bukti kepemilikan yang sah kepada masyarakat atas sisa bidang tanah pasca-pembebasan tol.
• Sidang Hak Tanah: Sidang diadakan untuk memeriksa, menjamin kepastian, dan ketertiban hukum bagi hak tanah yang dimohonkan. Karena tanah masih berstatus Letter C, proses ini menjadi langkah awal krusial sebelum dilakukan pendaftaran resmi.
Mekanisme dan Tindak Lanjut
• Sertipikat Tol: Penyerahan dilakukan secara simbolis, dengan penerima wajib membawa KTP asli dan Surat Tanda Terima Sertipikat. Proses ini merupakan penyelesaian administrasi pertanahan terkait jalan tol.
• Sidang Hak Tanah: Sidang dilakukan untuk pemeriksaan fisik dan yuridis tanah. Hasil sidang ini akan menjadi dasar bagi BPN untuk menindaklanjuti permohonan penegasan hak, yang berlanjut pada proses pemecahan dan penerbitan sertipikat individual.
